PROGRAM OF ACTIVITY OF THE POLITICAL BAIKAN FORUM INTERNACIONAL
The Political Balkan Forum Internacional, evaluating the needs of society
for freedom, the basic rights of the individual, in democracy, as
well as the intellectual ability and devotion of its administrative
personnel, based on the Founding Act and the Statute, on the
opinions and the proposals of the administrators of sectors, the
scientific collaborators and individuals with creative abilities and
abilities for the realisation of the mission and the forecasted
objectives, draws up the present program of work.
Form of Activity
The activity of P.B.F. is realised with scientific research methods and, mainly, via the scientific researches and studies, on the characteristics, tendencies and causes of criminal terrorist phenomena. Also, the forum collects conclusions and submits alternative proposals, for the public services, that cause interest.
– With the composition of forecasts, for the development of war against terrorism, inside the political, social and economic developments, in the country and region.
– With the proposal of specific legal initiatives, for the defence of life, freedom and human rights that, because of various reasons and causes, become victims of illegal and abusive activity.
– With analytic and generalised material, for the legislation and legal defence, at the hearing of infringements, which were committed by young persons and minors, as well as for their conditions of detention and in the correctional institutions.
– With the composition of proposals, for the planning and harmonisation of the political and state positions and the other political, governmental, civil, religious factors, as for the criminal phenomena, with threatening consequences.
– Via the studies, comparative analyses and proposals, on the adaptation of European specifications, which concern the monitoring, administration and integrity of borders.
– With the treatment of information and statistical data from projects, programs, Studies, analyses by all state sources of the region, civil society and research institutions of the country or abroad, for the deterrence of war, the fighting of criminality, in its entirely and organised terrorism, more specifically, for the strengthening of public security and the security of her citizens, in national and international levels.
– Offering, for the interested institutions, advisoiy services, for the composition of programs and strategic plans, for the fighting of organised crime, terrorism, illegal marketing, the rinsing of black money, trading of narcotics, smuggling and prostitution, as well as the deterrence.

FUNDAMENTAL OBJECTIVES
1 One of the main objectives is: Process theoretical – practical proposals, for the promotion of collaboration between state institutions, civil society and other teams, that are interester in the defence of the rights and basic freedoms of the individual and in the deterrence of conflicts, which cause war.
2. Study the tendencies and negative phenomena of criminal origin and promote specific initiatives, for the resolution of social conflicts, ensuring aid and support in the public, for the notification of their duties and rights towards democracy, depending on the region.
3. Draw up and develop strategies, legal projects and programs, for the education of the population of minorities, for defence of their rights, in the democracy.
4. Study and analyze the situation and participation of minors in criminality, their legal defence and their conditions of detention, during remand in custody or during the serving of sentence (obligations and rights).
